Michelle Bernard, MSEd, has experienced a lifetime teaching the performing arts & fitness.

She was awarded a New York City Teaching Fellowship for her master's degree in education. She established the Theatre Arts department that focused on conflict-resolution & self-empowerment at 754X, a Bronx high school for students with special needs.


She also developed two programs for grade school children, Creative Movement for Enlightened Minds yoga and Stand in Your Light drama class, for CUNY schools in New York City.


She's written several books and journals that demonstrate how to sharpen your Interior Voice, reframe your past, and connect to your future aims through journaling and healthy lifestyle habits.


She journals daily, she's always gathering stories. She'd like to hear yours and she's willing to share. Meet her on MacDougal in The Village and she'll let you peek into her life-book.
