Michelle Bernard, MS Ed, is an artist, author & welless educator for over 30 years.


In 2003 she was awarded a New York City Teaching Fellowship for her master's degree in special education. She initiated and developed the curriculum for the Theatre Arts department at 754X, a Bronx high school for students with special needs. She focused the learning on improving conflict-resolution & self-empowerment.


She also created two programs for grade school children, Creative Movement for Enlightened Minds for yoga and the Stand in Your Light drama class, for CUNY schools in New York City.


She's written several books and journals, including PAPER COACH, LEAN HAPPY HEALTHY YOU, BEYOND WORDS, and WHATEVER.


She’s currently training wellness clients of all ages, virtually.


Michelle Bernard (aka ELLE RYDER aka THE WANDERER) is also a multi-dimensional artist with an emphasis on sculptural paintings, clay works, jewelry, music & short film.


Michelle journals daily.


She's gathered stories throughout her years living in Iowa, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City, and Florida.


Her favorite cafe is on MacDougal in the West Village.
